Our Community
Ayuda mainly serves low-income residents of the Hunting Park neighborhood of North Philadelphia, where 47% of residents are African American, 52% are Hispanic, 37% are under age 18, 55% are at 200% of the poverty line, and 44% are below the poverty line. We offer programs for children, youth, and adults within our target area without discrimination.

Ayuda Study
The Hunting Park neighborhood owes it’s name to the large park at 9th and Roosevelt Blvd. A brief history of this park is provided below.
