Hunting Park Civic Association – District Attorney Candidates
Formed in January 2008, the Hunting Park Civic Association is a collection of over seventy neighbors, business owners, and civil servants coming together to develop neighborhood-based solutions to community concerns. The Civic Association meets on the second Tuesday of every month for about two hours, often with about half of that time given to a guest speaker and the other half dedicated to discussion about how residents can improve the community. We have been fortunate to have full participation from our local Police district, our City Councilwoman, our State Representative, the Mayor’s Office, and several other organizations with an interest in our community.
In March of 2009 we were pleased to have Philadelphia District Attorney Candidates Seth Williams and Brian Grady share with us on the duties of the District Attorney and their qualifications for the job.
